Where do you deliver?
We delivery within metro Melbourne – please refer to our delivery page for the full list of suburbs. We also offer pickup from Doncaster VIC 3108.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery will take place within 1-5 days of placing your order. If opting to pick up, you will be contacted to arrange a collection time.
What time will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary between 9am and 5pm.
What if nobody is home?
If nobody is available to receive the delivery, we’ll find a safe spot to leave the order. If we are unable to find a safe spot, we will have to return the plant to our base and a re-delivery fee will occur. If you have any special delivery instructions, you can check the box on the Checkout page to leave us a note with your order.
Do you deliver on the weekend or public holidays?
We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, however not on public holidays.
Can I include a message?
Absolutely! You have the option to add a ‘note’ in the checkout section of our website.
What payment methods to you accept?

Can I order for a later date?
Well aren’t you organised! Simply contact us and let us know the date you would like to send the indoor plant and we’ll look after the rest and create an order for you.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs vary between $9.50 – $25 depending on your location. A delivery estimate will be shown on the Cart page once your postcode is entered. If you are just outside our delivery zone, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your area.
Can I order succulents and plants in bulk for my staff/school/event?
Yes, we love sourcing and curating different plants and arrangements for bulk orders and events. Succulents and plants are a great sustainable gift idea that many will love! Please contact us and we can create a package that works for you and within your budget.
