Delivery Information
Delivery costs range from $9.50 to $30 depending on your location. Orders over $200 will receive free Melbourne Metro delivery to any postcode we deliver to.
If you’re just outside of our delivery area, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
We will aim to deliver your order within 1-5 days of the order being placed – Please contact us if your delivery has any restrictions such as time of day or access to the delivery point. If no one is in attendance, the order will be left in the safest possible place and photographed as proof of delivery.
Orders are able to be picked up at no charge. If you have selected pick up of your order, please contact us to arrange this in advance. Pickup is from Doncaster VIC 3108 and can be arranged any day of the week.

Return Policy
Damaged Items or Dying Plants
We pride ourselves in creating lovely, quality arrangements. We deliver all orders ourselves to minimise the chance of damage in transit we photograph all items as proof of delivery and condition at the time. More Succulents Please will replace any items in the following circumstances:
- Are faulty or damaged at time of delivery (e.g. the pot) .
- Where the succulent is dying or ill in the first 14 days. We can replace the individual succulent or entire bowl (depending on the situation) with a healthy one and nurse yours back to life.

Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must either be dropped off at our Doncaster address or if you prefer for us to collect them from you, the delivery fee to your postcode (above) will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
More Succulents Please is a local small business based in Doncaster VIC that sends small plants and cuttings across Australia to all states except WA, Tas and NT due to quarantine restrictions.
Delivery Information
All cuttings and small plants are sent by Express Post on Mondays and Tuesdays only. Postage costs will be calculated on the Cart page.
